In che direzione va il turismo enogastronomico? Cibo, cultura, natura: è l’italianità che muove i flussi turistici!
L’enogastronomia è importante non solo per chi viaggia, ma anche per i luoghi che vengono scelti come meta turistica. L’Associazione Nazionale Città della Nocciola da anni promuove il turismo della Nocciola Italiana promuovendo i territori corilicoli con il claim “Nocciole di qualità in territori di qualità”.
Il turismo del cibo è in grado di innescare benefici non solo economici, ma anche culturali e sociali perché stimola la valorizzazione del patrimonio enogastronomico locale e l’accoglienza nella microdimensione.
Non tutte le comunità locali stanno utilizzando bene questa risorsa. Occorre fare di più e meglio!
Alcune indicazioni possono essere utili:
- a) Il turista è alla ricerca di “esperienze autentiche” capaci di trasformarlo;
- b) Con la globalizzazione le piccole e medie imprese del turismo enogastronomico hanno bisogno di “supporti per essere competitive”;
- c) Le comunità locali devono vivere con “orgoglio attivo” l’unicità delle loro risorse enogastronomiche;
- d) Non sottovalutare la “sostenibilità ambientale, sociale ed economica” dei flussi sia nelle destinazioni turistiche mature che nelle nuove che si affacciano al mercato.
A contribuire alla crescita del turismo enogastronomico è anche il numero crescente di giovani che ricercano proprio questo tipo di esperienze quando viaggiano. Il 2020 sarà l’anno delle destinazioni turistiche della Nocciola Italiana!
